Introduced to Buck Naked spices at the 2024 Seafood Festival in Marathon. Chef Buck let us sample some blends. We decided to go with the Reef Rub, Hog Rub, and Poultry Powder. Enjoy them all so much it’s time to order some more. Thanks for making fantastic spices.

Hey Brian “Keep On Souping On!” I fully agree with you. Stocks and Broths are the foundation for my kitchen and subsequently of many of our meals. I actually keep a 2LB shaker of “POULTRY POWDER” readily at hand. It is defiantly my “Go To Flavor Builder” esp with soups, sauces, stews, braising, crock pots ect ect. As a side NOTE we also us it to replace salt in any water used to cook potatoes, rice, paste & veggies.

Yep I definitely concur with you on the “pantry staple”, we actually travel with seasonings when ever leaving home for more then a few days. My daughter is huge avocado fan which she often does on toast in the AM. Her go to is the Reef Rub with the addition of a shake of Fiery if she up for a warming jump start to here day 🙂

Thanks Brian for letting know and for letting us help in “making things Awesome”! I use it similarly in making stocks as well as in my pasta, rice & potato or veggie water whether boiling or steaming. My GO TO is the Poultry Seasoning for these dishes
