Hey Brian “Keep On Souping On!” I fully agree with you. Stocks and Broths are the foundation for my kitchen and subsequently of many of our meals. I actually keep a 2LB shaker of “POULTRY POWDER” readily at hand. It is defiantly my “Go To Flavor Builder” esp with soups, sauces, stews, braising, crock pots ect ect. As a side NOTE we also us it to replace salt in any water used to cook potatoes, rice, paste & veggies.
