John so happy to hear that you are liking our Reef Rub Thanks for letting us know. I personally love it in veggies and use it a lot as a shake-n-bake buy adding a little flour. We do our very best with every blend we create to make sure that it compliments the foods that it intended to be used on. We Don’t want to mask or cover up any inherent natural flavors (especially w fish & seafood)…If you get a chance try our Seafood Seasoning too this participial seasoning was initially created as a private blend for a 3rd generation commercial fisherman from the FL Panhandle…an area Very well know for it fresh Gulf Seafood & Fish. He explained that he wanted his seafood boil to have “superior taste & more memorable flavor” than Any other restaurant he had been to. It took us a little while to get it “just right”… but we did, with over 40 ingredients this blend offers amazing yet subtle flavors w Far Less Sodium then anything else out there. I eventually tweaked the mixture just a little & ground it to a smaller size so it could be used as a seasoning as-well as a boil and added it to out retail spice blend family. Its been a best seller ever since. FYI It also amazing on Deviled Eggs (put it on thick:) grilled wings & baked or grill cucumbers with a splash of soy sauce!
